12th International Conference on Shot Peening (ICSP-12)
From the 15th until the 18th of September of 2014 the “12th International Conference on Shot Peening ICSP-12” has been held in Goslar (Germany).
This conference, which is held every three years, is organized by the International Scientific Committee for Shot Peening (ISCSP) and it is an important international meeting point for experts in mechanical surface treatments, mainly in shot peening, although it also covers other topics, like laser peening, ultrasonic peening, vibropeening…
SIMUMECAMAT has been represented by Víctor Llaneza Menéndez, who presented a piece of the studies which are been carried out by the research group to optimize the shot peening treatments focused to improve the fatigue life on industrial metallic components.
