XXXII Meeting of the Spanish Group of Fracture

From the 27th to 29th of April, the XXXII Meeting of the Spanish Group of Fracture was held in Zamora (Spain). Several members of SIMUMECAMAT attended the event, which takes place every year and it is a traditional meeting point for solid mechanics researchers from Spain and Portugal.

 

This edition was particularly emblematic for SIMUMECAMAT since Prof. Cristina Rodríguez received the honor medal of the Spanish Group of Fracture, in recognition of her long and successful research career. Moreover, Emilio Martínez-Pañeda was granted with the best oral presentation award.
